WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note that orders placed after 11 AM CST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. All estimated shipping times provided are calculated based on business days.

We kindly advise you to check your spam/junk folder for the order confirmation email and status notifications. Also, please verify if you used a different email address when placing your order. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. On average, the shipping time is approximately 7-10 business days. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders without any minimum purchase requirement.

WHY IS PART OF MY ORDER MISSING?

We have multiple shipping facilities, and in some cases, your order may have been split due to inventory constraints. Please check if you received more than one tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. If you don't find any tracking numbers in your email, please contact us via the Contact Us page, and we will assist you in reshipping any missing items.

WHY WAS MY ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER?

Occasionally, carriers return a package to the sender if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or if there are any other reasons why delivery couldn't be completed. If this happens, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page, and we will arrange for the package to be reshipped to you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To ensure a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, we have automated a significant part of the order fulfillment process. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items, please follow our product returns process to request a refund.

If your package has not been shipped yet, we will make every effort to accommodate changes to your order. We prioritize prompt shipping to ensure faster delivery, so please contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

For faster delivery, we aim to ship orders as soon as possible. If your package has not been shipped yet and you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address if the package has not been shipped yet.

CAN I UPDATE MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot update the billing address. However, if your order was successfully placed, there should be no issue with delivery as long as the shipping address provided is correct.
