Return & Refund Policy:
At CyberX Decor, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. You can return any item purchased from our store within 45 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return or exchange request for non-defective unused item(s), please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Online Account or create a new account using the email used for your purchase.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

Please note that in general, a return request can be initiated after the order status has been updated to "Delivered." However, it may take 7 to 14 days for the Return System to sync after the order status change, depending on the shipping method and location.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, you will receive another email notification after your refund has been successfully processed.

After processing, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Replacement products
- Free gifts
- Individual items from gift bundles

Refund Timeline:
Once your returned item(s) are received, please allow 1-2 business days for assessment. Our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Order Cancellation:
To maintain efficient order processing and shipping, we automate our fulfillment process. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you no longer want certain items, you can return them following the product returns steps mentioned above to receive a refund.

Product Guarantee:
If your item arrives damaged, different, or not working, you are protected under our product guarantee. Here's how to make a claim:

1. Contact us via the Contact Form and provide a photo or video explaining the product issue.
2. We will review your claim and may request additional information if needed.
3. If approved, we will send a replacement for the defective item.
